The first of two remixes of Athenian DJ/producer NTEIBINT's latest single 'True' arrives from legendary French producer Boombass of Cassius and La Funk Mob fame. He delivers a firing-on-all-cylinders acid remix, guaranteed to kickstart any party.
Deceptively starting off with the track’s chorus looped over a romantic orchestral swell, the remix quickly shifts gear as it explodes into a riot of twisted acidic squelches, 909 snares, kicks and toms before Boombass brings it all together, the increasingly tortured 303 juxtaposed with the sumptuous vocals and strings, for maximum effect.
“I’m really proud to be part of this release,” explains Boombass. “I had a great fun to mix the acid culture with a symphonic spirit, it’s like getting high in silk suit!”
